cleanup sites, along with environmental program management. Our software provided Knowledge Management Systems supports
for over 3000+ environmental users across DOD agencies.
Training and Education
Plateau offers a training and education program covering the annual training plan, materials, instructor training, and
courseware - both classroom and computer-based. We have more than 12 years of experience in delivering onsite classroom
and Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) training. Our content is focused on the agency’s special needs such as
transition and migration of systems, new features and releases, and systems integration to ensure the highest effective

IT Service Management (ITSM)
Plateau has extensive knowledge and experience in planning, transitioning, and operating for network environments and IT
services - both on-premise and GovCloud environment, in compliance with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
STIGs. We have performed application, system, and database administration in complex environments for multiple agencies.

Change Management

systems in both test and production. We assess major IT Changes and processes improvement within a multi-network
enterprise to ensure minimal operational impacts. Our code, equipment, classroom changes are reviewed by Change Control
Board (CCB).
Asset Management
Plateau provides a multi-tiered asset management program across various networks and environments. Our Network Operation
team manages hardware footprint, conducts Lifecycle assessments and hardware technology supporting customer suite of
applications. We have managed devices, serviced hardware equipment, and documented and performed hardware
decommissioning to help agencies navigate constantly changing environments.
Configuration Management Standards
Plateau performs configuration management (CM) and quality assurance (QA) to assist the program in meeting customer’s
