Assessment Manager, aka WINCASS

(Windows Compliance Assessment and Sustainment Software)

Assessment Manager (WINCASS) is a field audit program. Designed to operate on a PC, Laptop, or Tablet, Assessment Manager standardizes and simplifies the audit process. When a non-compliance item is identified, Assessment Manager walks the auditor through a lock-step process. The auditor has Local, State and Federal regulations incorporated in the application, and once an specific regulation is identified, the program preselects applicable root cause and corrective action measures. The application supports multiple audit teams working at the same installation. Assessment Manager can be used as a stand-alone application (with built in Reporting capabilities), or uploaded to WHAM/WEBCASS for WEB-based real time status tracking, management and reporting.

Web-Hosted Assessment Manager (WHAM), aka WEBCASS

Web-Hosted Assessment Manager (WHAM/WEBCASS) serves several functions. In its simplest form, the program provides a real-time web-based "cradle to grave" compliance management, tracking and reporting tool. Under this use, information (Findings) gathered from Assessment Manager (WINCASS) is uploaded to the WHAM/WEBCASS application.

A more sophisticated use of WHAM/WEBCASS is where the application is used as a management WEB Portal. Under this use, existing functionality modules are incorporated for data sharing. Where a new specific functionality (business process) program is warranted, additional specialty modules can be developed and incorporated into the WHAM/WEBCASS management portal. Existing modules include DCMS, STEP, UBANGS, Mobile Checklist, Mobile ICAP. Their functionality is included via the application links noted below.

Data Call Management System (DCMS) aka CSI

DCMS is a WEB-based data collection questionnaire application. Unlike your typical web-based survey form, DCMS is designed to gather and retain (inventory) data for later use or reporting. DCMS questionnaires are designed and sent by a Questionnaire Manager. The type and content of questionnaires is totally up to the creativity and need of the Questionnaire Manager.

Questionnaires can be designed with the intent being to bounce the questionnaire through multiple individuals, in order to complete the entire information request. Once the data is gathered, the information is compiled in a Web-based database that can either standalone, or be incorporated into the WHAM/WEBCASS management portal. Reporting is highly flexible and again can be customized to fit the business needs of the end-user.

Mobile ICAP (Installation Compliance Action Plan)

Designed and Developed for the US Army National Guard

The Mobile Checklist application is a fully integrated WEBCASS functionality module. Mobile ICAP (Installation Compliance Action Plan) is designed to operate on a Tablet PC or PDA. This program enables field inspectors to perform audit compliance inspections to verify that closed findings are in fact resolved. If the inspector identifies a new non-compliance finding, a new finding can be written in the field using the application.

Mobile ICAP synchronizes with the WEBCASS web site once the inspector returns to a web connection.

Mobile Checklist

Designed and Developed for the US Army National Guard

The Mobile Checklist application is a fully integrated WEBCASS functionality module. This solution provides installations with a way to create, clone, and edit electronic checklist templates for use during internal site assessments.

Mobile checklist allows the client to provide a fully functional synchronization tool with their selection of audit checklists and perform rapid assessments on multiple facilities within short period of time. The use of Mobil checklist permits rapid assessments of multiple facilities within short span of time.

Mobile Checklist is the only “Mobile Checklist” application in use within the Department of Defense.

Web-UBANGS (Web-User Based Army National Guard System)

Designed and Developed for the US Army National Guard

Web-UBANGS is a stand-alone or fully integrated WEBCASS functionality module. This application automates and web-enables the business practices surrounding the accumulation, disposal or reuse of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes . Web-UBANGS manages the electronic disposal or “turn in” to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) for disposal or reutilization . Web U-BANGS is currently deployed nation-wide at for the Army National Guard and the Army Reserve Command.

WASTE (Web Application System for Turn-in Execution)

This application is the US Army Reserve Command's customized version of the Army National Guard WEB-UBANGS application.

STEP (Status Tool for the Environmental Program)

Designed and Developed for the US Army National Guard

STEP is a stand-alone or fully integrated WEBCASS functionality module. This web-based environmental project and budget management application allows the client to monitor and track the progress of environmental projects in all 50 States and U.S. territories. The STEP application is currently used by the Army National Guard and the Active Army (AEC).
