DCMS is a WEB-based data collection questionnaire application. Unlike your typical web-based survey form, DCMS is designed to gather and retain (inventory) data for later use or reporting. DCMS questionnaires are designed and sent by a Questionnaire Manager. The type and content of questionnaires is totally up to the creativity and need of the Questionnaire Manager.

Questionnaires can be designed with the intent being to bounce the questionnaire through multiple individuals, in order to complete the entire information request. Once the data is gathered, the information is compiled in a Web-based database that can either standalone, or be incorporated into the WHAM/WEBCASS management portal. Reporting is highly flexible and again can be customized to fit the business needs of the end-user.
